About the Host
I'm Becca, former educator and school coach turned transformational coach of coaches. When I first started coaching teachers, I was downright exhausted. I was running around, coaching strategies that were successful in my own classroom... and was pretty unsuccessful at it! I became a life coach at that time and started to see the relevance of addressing mindsets in addition to growing the skills needed to help my teachers improve. It wasn't until I leaned in to all of my coaching training and embraced who I really was that I finally started producing results. And once I found that balance between training, intentional instructional strategies and addressing their barriers to success that everything fell into place.
